13th Floor Investments, in partnership with Rockpoint, has broken ground on Link at Boca, a new transit-oriented multifamily community at 680 West Yamato Road, adjacent to the Boca Raton Tri-Rail Station.
The eight-story development will feature 340 apartments and approximately 24,000 square feet of lifestyle-focused retail space on the ground floor, serving residents, transit riders and the broader Boca Raton community. Construction is expected to be completed in 2028.
Supported by a $100 million construction loan from Santander Bank, Link at Boca is being developed as a public-private partnership with the South Florida Regional Transportation Authority.
Residences will include studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts ranging from approximately 600 to 1,300 square feet. These homes will be complemented by shared amenity spaces designed to support work, recreation and daily living. The project will also feature a 650-space parking garage for residents, retail visitors and Tri-Rail users, improving overall connectivity in the area.
