**Joint Venture Breaks Ground on Luxury Townhouse-Style Development in Randolph, NJ**
A joint venture between CrownPoint Group Inc. and Crossroads Companies has officially broken ground on Liberty Village, a new townhouse-style apartment community in Randolph, New Jersey. The development will feature 125 luxury residences and is situated at the intersection of West Hanover Avenue and Sussex Turnpike in central Morris County—an area positioned as an emerging town center.
Liberty Village will consist of 100 market-rate townhomes and 25 age-restricted affordable units. Each residence is designed with upscale finishes and modern amenities. The majority of units will offer bi-level living, open-concept floor plans, coffered ceilings in the primary bedrooms, and private garages with separate entrances.
“At a time when most rental options are limited to traditional apartment living, we are delivering something truly unique—spacious townhomes that combine the privacy, comfort, and character of a single-family home with the convenience and flexibility of modern rental living,” said Michael Legacki, Vice President at CrownPoint. “With demand for high-quality housing at an all-time high, this project represents an exciting development for residents who want the best of both worlds.”
Construction financing for the project was secured from Berkshire Bank, while project equity was raised through a network of private investors.
