**JLL Selected to Provide Facility Maintenance Services for JFK Airport’s New Terminal One**

The New Terminal One at John F. Kennedy International Airport has appointed JLL to oversee facility maintenance services for the all-international terminal, which is slated to open in 2026. JLL’s Aviation division will manage critical infrastructure operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, fire life safety, and other essential technical services.

This initiative is a key part of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s $19 billion modernization program at JFK Airport.

In addition to long-term maintenance, JLL’s responsibilities will include providing operational readiness, transition, and start-up support beginning in early 2025. These services will ensure the facility operates smoothly from day one. JLL will also oversee the building’s management systems, electric power monitoring systems, and switchgear – all crucial to supporting the terminal’s all-electric ground support equipment fleet.

“The New Terminal One project represents state-of-the-art airport infrastructure and design, and we’re honored that New Terminal One selected JLL to manage the sophisticated systems that will power this world-class facility,” said Koley MacKay, Managing Director at JLL Aviation.
