**JLL Named Property Manager for Anaheim’s OCVIBE Entertainment District**
JLL Property Management announced that its newly formed mixed-use management team, The Mixx, has been selected to manage OCVIBE, a 100-acre entertainment district in Anaheim backed by the Samueli family. As part of the announcement, JLL’s Lucas Ross was named the inaugural Senior General Manager of the project.
The OCVIBE development, situated around the Honda Center, will include 20 acres of parks and public plazas, four parking garages, dining options, retail spaces, an office building, and additional commercial areas. JLL will be responsible for overseeing the operations, management, and maintenance of these expansive common and commercial components. Meanwhile, OC Sports and Entertainment will continue managing the Honda Center and will take on operations for future entertainment venues within OCVIBE.
