Bradford Allen has recently announced the addition of Jennifer Murphy as President of Management Services. In this role, Murphy will be responsible for overseeing a growing portfolio of office properties in Chicago and other locations across the nation. She will report directly to Brian Dovalovsky, Senior Managing Director at Bradford Allen.

According to Dovalovsky, “Jennifer’s appointment comes at an opportune time as our national office platform continues to expand through the acquisition and improvement of high-quality assets in desirable markets nationwide.”

With over 20 years experience in property and construction management, Murphy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new position. Throughout her career she has successfully launched and repositioned large-scale office properties, driving operational performance while enhancing marketability. Prior to joining Bradford Allen, she spent 16 years at Hines where she most recently served as Senior Construction Manager for Salesforce Tower Chicago.

Murphy holds an MBA with distinction from DePaul University with a focus on real estate finance and investment. Additionally,she is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and holds an EIT license in California.
