CBRE has successfully arranged a $61.3 million loan for Building 800 at Florida Gateway Logistics Park in Jacksonville, Florida. The newly built warehouse, spanning 1 million square feet and fully leased to a third-party logistics company, was completed in 2023.
The borrower, Hillwood Investment Properties based in Dallas, was represented by CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance team including Brian Linnihan, Mike Ryan Richard Henry and Taylor Crowder from Atlanta. The loan was secured through KKR.
Situated on approximately 52 acres at 9909 Pritchard Rd., the state-of-the-art facility boasts impressive features such as clear heights of up to 40 feet and cross-dock loading capabilities. It also offers ample parking with space for up to290 trailers and511 cars. This building is part of the larger Florida Gateway Logistics Park which will ultimately include seven buildings totaling over3.1 million square feet of industrial space upon completion.
