Engle and Andrean Angelov, both Senior Managing Directors of Investments at the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. Engle and Angelov exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and sourced the buyer — both private investors.
Carriage Creek Apartments is situated at 22501 Butterfield Road and encompasses 190,328 rentable square feet on approximately 26 acres. Developed in two phases in 1972 and 1974, the property features a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.
