**Invesco Real Estate Announces Key Leadership Appointments**

Invesco Real Estate, the $88-billion global real estate investment platform of Invesco Ltd., has announced two significant leadership changes.

Chase Bolding has been appointed Head of North America, Invesco Real Estate. In addition, Charlie Rose, currently the Global Head of Real Estate Credit at Invesco Real Estate, has been named CEO of Invesco Commercial Real Estate Finance Trust, Inc. (INCREF) and has also been appointed to its board of directors.

Bolding, who joined Invesco Real Estate in 2010, has played a key role in developing the firm’s U.S. platform over the past 15 years. He previously led Invesco’s U.S. opportunistic business for seven years, launched and built its first non-traded REIT, and most recently served as Chief Investment Officer for the U.S.

Rose, who joined the firm in 2017, has been instrumental in expanding its real estate credit platform. Over the past nine years, he spearheaded the launch of Invesco’s first dedicated real estate credit fund and led a major acquisition to broaden the firm’s reach in Europe. Prior to his new role as CEO, Rose served as president and lead portfolio manager of INCREF.

“Invesco Real Estate is positioned for significant growth as a result of our broad proprietary originations channels, data-informed approach and distinctly collaborative culture,” Rose said. “These factors form the bedrock of our platform, which we believe uniquely positions us to deliver innovative solutions for our global clients.”
