Interra Realty has successfully brokered the sale of Low-Line Commons, a newly constructed 95-unit apartment building located in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago.
The transaction was facilitated by Interra Senior Managing Partner Joe Smazal and Director Mark Dykstra, who represented both the seller, Highland Real Estate Partners, and the buyer—a joint venture between Wildwood Investments and Contemporary Concepts. At the time of the sale, the property was 98% occupied.
