Interra Group recently acquired Memorial Pointe, a 226,000-square-foot office property situated at 11767 Katy Freeway. The seller was Gemini Rosemont and the transaction was reported by CommercialEdge. According to reports, Gemini Rosemont had owned the asset since 2007 when it purchased it for $26.3 million. In 2017, BOKF provided a loan of $17 million for the property.

Constructed in 1982 and renovated in 2001, this building is located within the Energy Corridor area just off Interstate-10 and approximately fifteen miles west of downtown Houston. It offers easy access to over three million square feet of retail shops, restaurants and entertainment options along with various insurance firms , law offices ,and financial institutions as tenants occupying twenty-five percent of its space.
