The five-building portfolio spans 278,000 square feet and boasts an impressive occupancy rate of 97% with 33 tenants. The seller was represented by JLL’s Capital Markets team while the buyer was procured by the same firm.
Leading this transaction were Industrial Group Co-leader and Senior Managing Director John Huguenard, Senior Managing Director Sean Devaney, and Senior Director Ross Bratcher. Leasing expertise was provided by Senior Managing Director Mark Volkman while financing support came from Senior Managing Directors Ken Martin and Brian Walsh.
The strategic location of this portfolio offers immediate access to I-75 – a major North-South artery that connects to downtown Cincinnati as well as its key transportation infrastructure including I-275, I-71,and I-74. Moreover,the region north of downtown Cincinnati where these properties are situated is highly populated,making it an ideal location for businesses seeking easy access to both labor forceand residential areas.
