**Partners Real Estate Expands Retail Brokerage Team**
Partners Real Estate announced the addition of seasoned retail brokers Bill Coats and Vicki Adelstein as Senior Vice Presidents in its San Antonio office. Both professionals were previously with Foresite Commercial Real Estate. Coats has been known for exclusively representing multiple Class A retail developments. Adelstein brings 20 years of commercial real estate experience, having previously worked with The Retail Connection in Dallas, United Commercial Realty in San Antonio, and Old Republic Title.
**CBRE Appoints New Houston Market Leader**
Russell Hodges has been named Senior Managing Director and Houston Market Leader at CBRE. In his new role, Hodges will oversee business operations in the Houston, New Orleans, and Baton Rouge markets. He will also be responsible for driving growth across all Advisory Service lines, including leasing, sales, debt and structured finance, valuation, and property management. He succeeds Peter Mainguy, who stepped down from the position to pursue other opportunities.
**Transwestern Adds Industry Veterans to Industrial Division**
Transwestern has bolstered its national industrial platform with the hiring of John Bollman, Barrett Bufkin, and Austin Fahy. The trio will operate out of the firm’s Dallas office and bring extensive expertise in third-party logistics (3PL), supply chain strategy, and national tenant representation.
**STAG Industrial Seeks Vice President for Dallas Portfolio**
STAG Industrial, a real estate investment trust focused on single-tenant industrial properties nationwide, is searching for a Vice President of Asset Management to join its Dallas office. The role involves overseeing the financial performance of a regional portfolio, with a focus on leasing and operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of institutional real estate experience. Executive search firm RETS Associates is managing the recruitment. **Portman Breaks Ground on First Mixed-Use Project in Austin**
Portman has commenced site work on 2545 Brockton, a 429-unit luxury multifamily development in North Austin. Slated for completion in March 2028, the project is located at 2545 Brockton Drive, adjacent to The Domain. It marks Portman’s first residential and mixed-use project in the Austin market and is being developed in partnership with Generational Commercial Properties. Construction financing was provided by investment vehicles advised by Centerbridge Partners.
