Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of Fast Pace Urgent Care, a 3,700-square foot net-leased property located in Shelbyville, Indiana. The asset sold for $2.4 million to an LLC secured and represented by Jordan Klink, an investment specialist from Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office.

The building is situated at 1778 E State Rd., featuring 2022 construction with a 15-year lease term that includes three five-year renewal options and 10% rental escalations every five years. Additionally, the building features the new Fast Pace color scheme and prototype design elements.
