**Hyatt Extended-Stay Hotel Slated for Georgetown**
Caliber is set to develop a new Hyatt Studios extended-stay hotel in Georgetown, Texas. The 60,000-square-foot hotel will be situated on approximately 2.44 acres near the intersection of I-35 and NE Inner Loop. This property will mark the only Hyatt hotel within a 20-mile radius.
Designed with both comfort and convenience in mind, the four-story hotel will feature amenities including an outdoor patio, café, and lounge. The project marks the first of 15 hotels planned through a partnership between Hyatt and Caliber.
Key features of the new Hyatt Studios in Georgetown will include:
– 122 apartment-style suites
– In-room kitchens
– Free high-speed internet
– Electric vehicle charging stations
