DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services has successfully secured a 68-month lease for an industrial facility located at 111 N. Baldwin Park Blvd. in City of Industry, spanning over 127,540 square feet. The tenant, Howard’s Appliance – a reputable appliance retailer in Southern California – will utilize the property as their corporate headquarters, main distribution center, online showroom and outlet.
The lease was completed by DAUM’s LARA Team consisting of Rudy Lara, Nathan Lara Jack Nersesian and Nick Peukpiboon. According to Nersesian: “Our client previously had separate locations for their warehouse and corporate offices which were about 10 miles apart in Pico Rivera and La Habra respectively.” By consolidating both functions into one facility at this new location with easy access to major freeways such as the 60,605,and10,the company aims to improve efficiency and communication.
The newly leased Howard’s Appliance headquarters boasts impressive features including ten dock-high positions,a secure fenced yard,and ample power supply with up to2 ,000 amps available on site.This strategic move is expected to greatly benefit the company while strengthening its presence within the region.
