**Houston’s Hallmark Senior Living Community to Add 21-Story Tower**
The Hallmark, a luxury senior living community in Houston, is set to expand with the addition of a 21-story high-rise named Uptown Oaks at The Hallmark. The new tower will include 120 upscale independent living residences, with construction expected to start in 2027 and occupancy slated for 2030. The development will take place at 4718 Hallmark Drive in the Greater Uptown area.
Uptown Oaks will feature a comprehensive suite of amenities focused on wellness and luxury living. Residents will have access to a yoga studio, massage area, multiple dining venues with city views, an art and hobby studio, café, movie theater, pool area, and more.
The Hallmark is managed by Brazos Presbyterian Homes Holding, Inc., and the design for the new tower is being led by PRDG Architecture. The new residences will range in size from 1,250 to 3,000 square feet.
Situated near the River Oaks neighborhood, The Galleria, and Memorial Park, Uptown Oaks will be ideally located for residents to enjoy Houston’s premier shopping, dining, and recreational destinations.
In addition to high-end living options, The Hallmark provides a full continuum of care, allowing residents to transition between levels of support as their needs change. This includes assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services.
