**Travis Overall Joins Cushman & Wakefield to Lead Houston Operations**
Travis Overall has departed Brookfield Properties to take on a new leadership role at Cushman & Wakefield, where he will serve as head of the firm’s Houston advisory business. In this position, Overall will oversee a team of more than 250 employees, including 60 brokers, and manage a property portfolio comprising 34 million square feet.
At Brookfield Properties, Overall most recently held the position of Executive Vice President for the Houston office business. He was responsible for all aspects of the company’s regional operations, including leasing, property management, legal, accounting, development, and construction. His leadership covered Brookfield’s extensive downtown office assets, notably the 4.2 million-square-foot Houston Center and the 3.2 million-square-foot Allen Center.
Before joining Brookfield in 2017, Overall spent 19 years at Hines. During his tenure there, he managed acquisition, disposition, development, and operational activities for commercial real estate valued in excess of $2 billion.
His transition to Cushman & Wakefield marks a significant leadership move in Houston’s commercial real estate landscape.
