Securing such a large and desirable space was no easy feat for Bryan McMurrey of Transwestern. He explains that finding available big-box spaces in Austin’s Tech Ridge trade area is extremely challenging. However, after extensive searching and negotiations, House of Gainz found their perfect fit.
