Malubianbian, a popular Sichuan skewer hot pot restaurant, is set to open its first Washington location at Vulcan Real Estate’s Cypress apartment building in 2024. The new restaurant will occupy 3,800 square feet on the ground floor of the building located at 922 East Yesler Way.

According to Geralyn Vannoy, director of commercial marketing & leasing for Vulcan Real Estate, they are thrilled to bring Malubianbian to Seattle and the vibrant Yesler neighborhood. With over 1,000 locations worldwide and four existing U.S. locations in California, Malubianbian is known for its flavorful soups with customizable options including meats,fish,and vegetables.

Arthur Tang,North American partner for Malubianbian,said that expanding into the Pacific Northwest market is a significant milestone for their growing business.They are excited to introduce Chengdu’s original flavors to Yesler and Seattle as a whole.This highly anticipated opening marks an exciting additiontothe culinary scenein this dynamic region.
