Empire State Realty Trust Adds HOKA and Tecovas to North Sixth Street Collection in Williamsburg
Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (ESRT) has announced two new retail leases in its North Sixth Street Collection, located in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. HOKA, the popular athletic footwear brand known for its performance running shoes, has signed a lease for 4,148 square feet at 91 North Sixth Street. Representing HOKA in the transaction was Davie Berke of CBRE.
Joining the vibrant retail corridor as well is Tecovas, a modern Western-wear brand. Tecovas has leased a 4,174-square-foot space at 89 North Sixth Street. Matthew Seigel and Skye Taylor of Lantern represented Tecovas in the deal.
“North Sixth Street continues to attract exciting brands,” said Fred C. Posniak, Senior Vice President of Leasing at ESRT. “We are pleased to welcome HOKA and Tecovas to Williamsburg’s most dynamic and sought-after retail corridor.”
The additions of HOKA and Tecovas bolster an already impressive lineup of international and lifestyle brands along the corridor, including COS, Glossier, Everlane, Warby Parker, SUGARFISH, The North Face, Byredo, and Buck Mason.
Representing ESRT in both transactions were ESRT’s Fred C. Posniak and Thomas P. Stone, along with Matthew Seigel and Justin Abizadeh from Lantern.
