This Class-A industrial complex will consist of four buildings spanning 684,344 square feet and offer a variety of building types including cross-dock, front-load, and rear-load options. Strategically located near Hwy 290 and Johnny Morris Road with easy access to US-183 and SH-130 highways.

Powers Brown Architecture has been selected as the designer for this project while Burton Construction will serve as General Contractor. AQUILA Commercial’s Leigh Ellis leads the leasing team responsible for securing tenants at Bluebonnet Business Center which is expected to be completed by Q4 of 2024.
