Helmsley Spear, LLC, the oldest continuously operating real estate firm in America, has recently expanded and moved to a new location at 747 Third Ave. The company secured a sublease from ITN Holdings, LLC for the entire 11th floor of the building which spans over 15,100 rentable square feet. Previously located at 444 Madison Ave., Helmsley Spear’s move represents their continued growth and success.
The relocation was facilitated by Helmsley Spear’s executive managing director Randy Sherman and managing director Eric Lassof. Savills’ Daniel Horowitz, Jeffrey Peck,Roi Shleifer,Jacob Stern,Simon Chu,and Yoni Bettinger represented ITN as the sub-landlord.
President Kent M.Swig expressed his excitement about this expansion stating,”I am thrilled to announce that Helmsley Spear has relocated to our new space at 747 Third Ave.” He also highlighted how this Class A space will benefit their brokers with its strategic location in New York City along with professional amenities and technology resources that will enhance their services for clients.
Swig also shared his personal connection to this building saying,”It is particularly meaningful for me as my grandfather Ben Swig developed it alongside Mel Kaufmanand Bob Kaufman.”
