DZL Management has successfully secured a $135 million loan refinancing for Cummins Station, a 408,000 square foot mixed-use property. Originally constructed in 1906 and recently renovated, this historic building offers 61,000 square feet of office space and 46,000 square feet of retail and dining options. Additionally, the property features the Baggage Building event space spanning over 58,000 square feet and over 12 acres of developable land.
The borrower DZL Management enlisted JLL to secure a five-year fixed-rate loan on their behalf.
