DZL Management has successfully secured a $135 million loan refinancing for Cummins Station, a historic mixed-use property spanning 408,000 square feet. Originally constructed in 1906 and recently renovated, this asset now offers 61,000 square feet of office space and 46,000 square feet of retail and dining options. Additionally, the property features the Baggage Building event space (58,000 sq ft) and over 12 acres of developable land.
JLL acted as the representative for DZL Management in obtaining this five-year fixed-rate loan.
Strategically located at 209 Tenth Avenue South in Nashville’s bustling Gulch neighborhood with easy access to Downtown and I-40. The area boasts over three thousand residential units within walking distance along with ten hotels and sixty food/beverage establishments.
