Kidder Mathews Expands Valuation Advisory Group with New Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President

In a recent development, Kidder Mathews has welcomed Justin Alexander, MAI as their new senior vice president in Seattle. With over seven years of experience in the real estate appraisal industry, Alexander brings valuable expertise to the firm. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he held positions at Partner Valuation Advisors and Valbridge Property Advisors.

Alexander holds an MAI designation and is licensed as an appraiser in multiple states. His addition to the team will further strengthen Kidder Mathews’ valuation advisory services (VAS) companywide.

Meanwhile, Randall Clemson has been promoted earlier this year to Executive Vice President of VAS at Kidder Mathews. In his role, he oversees recruitment and business development for VAS across all 20 offices of the firm. Before joining Kidder Matthews five years ago as part of their Phoenix office team, Clemson successfully ran Strategic Valuation Group for over 10 years.

Prior to that role, he was consistently recognized as a top-producing appraiser during his time at CBRE. With these developments within its valuation advisory group,Kiddder Matthews continues its growth trajectory towards becoming one of the leading firms in this sector.
