Kidder Mathews Expands Valuation Advisory Group with New Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President Appointments

In a recent development, Kidder Mathews has welcomed Justin Alexander as the new senior vice president for its valuation advisory group in Seattle. With over seven years of experience in the real estate appraisal industry, Alexander brings valuable expertise to the firm. He previously held positions at Partner Valuation Advisors and Valbridge Property Advisors before joining Kidder Mathews. As an MAI-designated appraiser licensed in multiple states, he is well-equipped to provide top-notch services.

At the same time, Randall Clemson has been promoted to executive vice president of Kidder Mathews’ valuation advisory services (VAS) companywide. In his new role, he will oversee recruitment and business development for VAS across all 20 offices of the firm. Prior to this promotion, Clemson was a senior partner at Strategic Valuation Group for over 10 years before joining Kidder Mathews’ Phoenix office five years ago. His previous experience also includes being a top-producing appraiser at CBRE.
