**Grill Maker Dansons Acquires Two Warehouses in North Phoenix for $22.5M**

Dansons, the manufacturer behind popular barbecue brands Louisiana Grills and Pit Boss Grills, has acquired two industrial office buildings in North Phoenix’s Deer Valley area for $22.5 million.

The purchase includes two single-story warehouse buildings totaling 124,000 square feet, located at 950 and 960 W. Behrend Drive within the North Loop 101 Business Center.

The transaction was brokered by CBRE, with representatives Geoffrey Turbow, Anthony DeLorenzo, and Ashley Brooks acting on behalf of the seller, Regent Properties.

This acquisition adds to Dansons’ portfolio of Arizona real estate. Four years ago, the company purchased its 200,000-square-foot corporate headquarters at Gainey Ranch in north Scottsdale, a two-story office building previously occupied by Nationwide Realty, for $39 million.
