Maxwell, a newly constructed residential community in Everett, MA’s Commercial Triangle District, has welcomed its first move-ins. Developed by Greystar and designed by CBT, the community features 384 apartment units and is one of several Greystar developments in this area north of Boston.
Greystar’s senior managing director of development Gary Kerr expressed gratitude for the partnership with the City of Everett which has allowed them to deliver a total of 1,164 new housing units in this highly competitive market. He also looks forward to continued collaboration with the city as they work towards transforming the Commercial Triangle District from an industrial area into a dynamic mixed-use destination.
In addition to its residential offerings, Maxwell also includes 6,450 square feet of ground-floor retail space and a structured parking garage with 455 spaces. The street-facing façade of the garage features an eye-catching mural by artist Jenna Pirello.
This exciting new development adds much-needed housing options to Everett while contributing to its ongoing revitalization efforts.
