**Greenstone Partners Sells Two Turnkey Multifamily Properties in Chicago for $3.55M**
Greenstone Partners has announced the sale of two newer construction, turnkey multifamily investment properties located in Chicago’s Wicker Park and Smith Park neighborhoods. The properties, located at 1343 North Western Avenue and 1045 North California Avenue, were sold for a combined total of $3.55 million—equating to just under $444,000 per unit.
Senior Director Jordan Multack and Director Jacob Goldstein of Greenstone Partners represented the seller, a private investor based in Chicago. According to Greenstone, the properties were quickly placed under contract by another private investor seeking well-located, turnkey rental assets with potential to increase value through rent adjustments.
The buyer was particularly attracted to the properties’ modern design, spacious unit layouts, rooftop decks, abundant on-site parking, and proximity to the vibrant Wicker Park and Smith Park neighborhood corridors.
This transaction highlights continued investor interest in premium multifamily assets within Chicago’s high-demand urban neighborhoods.
