Serving as the general contractor for both projects was Graycor Construction Company with Fox Design as the project architect. The revitalized retail spaces received comprehensive updates to their interiors and exteriors.

Each newly renovated DICK’S House of Sport store spans approximately 100,000 square feet. These stores feature innovative in-store experiences like a climbing wall and multi-sport cage at the House of Sport location while Golf Galaxy boasts golf simulation hitting bays along with a putting green.
