IES Residential Acquires 2925 Briarpark Office Tower in Houston

IES Residential has acquired 2925 Briarpark, a 134,000-square-foot office building located in Houston’s Westchase district. The property, previously owned by Granite Properties, is a 12-story office tower situated on a 3-acre site. It is located one block south of Westheimer Road and east of Beltway 8, offering convenient access to major thoroughfares.

Built in 1983, the building was approximately 90% leased at the time of sale, indicating a strong tenant base and continued demand for office space in the area.

The surrounding neighborhood provides numerous amenities, including easy access to conference, lodging, and dining options. Both the Westchase Hilton and the Adam’s Mark Hotel are within walking distance, offering accommodations and event space. Additionally, the nearby Carillon Shopping Center features a variety of restaurants and retail stores, enhancing the building’s appeal to tenants and visitors alike.
