**GoPro Campus in San Mateo to Be Redeveloped for Residential Use**

Harvest Properties and Stockbridge have acquired the 379,615-square-foot Clearview Business Park in San Mateo through an off-market transaction. While the purchase price was not officially disclosed, reports suggest it was approximately $102 million. The new owners plan to re-entitle the 22-acre site for a for-sale residential development, which will feature 225 townhomes and single-family homes, including a component of affordable housing.

The property, located at 3000–3155 Clearview Way, sits atop a hill and currently consists of six Class A office buildings, along with surface and structured parking. It is partially occupied by GoPro, which has a lease in place through 2026. Originally built in 1973, the complex served as Visa International’s headquarters before being occupied by GoPro in 2011.

“We selected this site because our proposed housing plan will integrate seamlessly into the existing neighborhood,” said Tyler Issadore, Senior Director at Harvest Properties. “This is one of the most difficult housing types to replicate due to the significant land requirements. Projects like this are rare, but they’re essential to expanding the for-sale housing supply and creating opportunities for current and future San Mateans.”
