**Goldenrod Launches Van Zandt Development in Fort Worth**

Goldenrod has officially kicked off construction on the Van Zandt, a transformative mixed-use development in Fort Worth. Located in the 2800 block of West Seventh Street, the project will feature 100,000 square feet of office space, 226 residential apartments, and 13,000 square feet dedicated to retail uses.

Just blocks away, Goldenrod is planning a complementary development called One University in the 3000 block of Morton Street. That project will include approximately 115,000 square feet of office space, 242 apartments, and a 176-key Autograph Collection hotel named The Tycoon. Combined, the two developments represent an estimated $400 million investment in the area.

Construction on Van Zandt is expected to be completed within approximately 20 months.

In support of the developments, the Fort Worth City Council approved substantial grant funding in August. Van Zandt is eligible to receive up to $11.17 million in grants, while One University could receive up to $19.65 million, contingent on the company meeting certain development milestones. Van Zandt must secure a certificate of occupancy by December 31, 2026, with One University to follow by December 31, 2027.
