**Globe Life Relocating to New 200,000-Square-Foot Headquarters in McKinney**
More than 3,000 employees of Globe Life Inc. will soon transition to a new headquarters in McKinney, Texas. The company has recently completed the purchase of a 200,000-square-foot office building located at 7677 Henneman Way, formerly owned by SouthState Bank. The relocation will begin in phases, with the first group of employees scheduled to move in this September.
In addition to the headquarters acquisition, Globe Life has leased over 28,000 square feet in the neighboring building at 7777 Henneman Way. The company also acquired more than nine acres of land for potential future development. This move is part of the larger Craig Ranch master-planned community. Company officials note that any future expansion will depend on the organization’s performance in the coming years.
The new campus will feature a range of modern amenities, including a full-service fitness center, multiple food and beverage stations, and a state-of-the-art 350-person conference center.
The transaction was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield. Representing both Globe Life and SouthState Bank were Campbell Puckett, Ryan Hoopes, Bill McClung, Tucker Hume, Zach Bean, and Chris Taylor.
