**George Oliver Branching Out to Luxury Vehicle Storage**
Known for revitalizing dated office complexes in the Phoenix area, George Oliver is now expanding his portfolio into the luxury vehicle storage sector. The industrial division of George Oliver Companies, GO Industrial, has announced its first-ever luxury vehicle storage development—Arcadia Motor Club.
The Arcadia Motor Club will be located at 5301 E. Thomas Road in Phoenix. At full buildout, the 32,700-square-foot facility will include 26 customizable garages and a two-story communal clubhouse exclusive to garage owners. Each vehicle condo will be climate-controlled and offer customizable layouts, with template design options available for those who prefer not to fully customize their units.
The clubhouse will serve as a social and recreational hub, featuring amenities such as a pool table, televisions, and a second-story conference room. All 26 units will be arranged around a central driveway with access from East Thomas Road, situated between 52nd and 54th Streets.
Arcadia Motor Club joins a growing list of projects from GO Industrial, which includes the notable GO|99 North—an expansive 1.1 million-square-foot industrial development in the West Valley.
With this new venture, George Oliver continues to diversify its holdings while addressing a growing market for high-end vehicle storage solutions.
