Lee & Associates, a leading national commercial real estate firm, recently facilitated the $4.1 million sale of a 6.5-acre lot in Hoffman Estates, Illinois at the intersection of Route 59 and Hoffman Boulevard.
Rick Scardino, Principal at Lee & Associates and expert negotiator, represented the seller Prairie Pointe Commercial (c/o Conor Commercial). The buyer was Advocate Health and Hospitals Corp., represented by Jacob Dell and Gary Fazio from CBRE. Advocate Health Care is Illinois’ largest health system with ten hospitals and over 400 sites of care.
According to Scardino’s statement on the transaction: “Advocate Health Care has plans to construct a ±36,000-square-foot single-story outpatient center with an estimated cost of $34 million including land expenses. There is also potential for future expansion up to an additional 11,300 square feet. This development will fulfill Advocate’s long-standing goal to establish a presence in this strategic corridor.”
The sale marks another successful deal for Lee & Associates as they continue their track record as one of the top commercial real estate providers nationwide.
