GFP Real Estate, LLC has successfully signed four new office leases totaling 15,400 square feet at the prestigious 40 Worth St. in TriBeCa. These new agreements have brought the historic office building to full occupancy and were facilitated by Roy Lapidus of GFP Real Estate who represented ownership in all four deals.

The newly signed leases are as follows:

– Jani Real Estate extended their lease for an additional three years and expanded their existing space by 3,768 square feet, bringing their total area to 8,442 square feet. Lapidus also acted on behalf of the tenant during negotiations.

– Visual artist Emily Christine Velez Nelms secured a lease for a period of four years with an area spanning over1,500 square feet. The tenant was represented by Jonathan Bock from Olmstead Properties Inc.

– P & T Construction Company LLC leased out1,500 square feet for a term of three years with assistance from Lapidus as well.

– Mighty Minds and Muscles opted for a short-term lease covering an area measuring up to3 ,958squarefeetfortheir pediatric therapy and coaching organization.Lapidusalsoleadthedealonbehalfofthetenants.
