Morgan Street in the thriving Fulton Market neighborhood. This prime location, conveniently situated near public transportation and upcoming residential developments, will soon be home to Pizza Lobo – an exciting new concept from Heisler that will offer classic tavern fare alongside craft cocktails.
FSC’s recent acquisition of this property in December 2021 marks another successful venture for the company, which is also currently developing Chicago’s newest office tower at 919 on Fulton Market Street. In addition to this project, FSC has also recently signed Bathhouse to a long-term build-to-suit lease for their building at 1010 W. Madison St., further solidifying their presence as a leading developer in the city.
