Cushman & Wakefield has successfully facilitated the sale of Commercial Place I and II, a premier office campus in Fort Lauderdale’s Cypress Creek/Commercial Boulevard submarket. The two-building Class A complex, located at 3230 and 3250 W Commercial Blvd., was sold for $26 million.

The transaction was led by Cushman & Wakefield brokers Scott O’Donnell, Mike Ciadella, Greg Miller, Dominic Montazemi and Miguel Alcivar on behalf of the seller Brookwood Commercial Place LLC. The buyer MYP Commercial Place LLC acquired the properties.

Spanning a total of 175,861 square feet with an occupancy rate of approximately 78%, this office campus is home to a diverse mix of long-term tenants. It offers top-of-the-line amenities including a recently renovated lobby and fitness center as well as conference facilities for up to 40 people and an on-site café.
