**Formation Interests Completes Phase I of 427,000-SF Formation Park 10 in Goodyear**
Formation Interests has announced the completion of Phase I of Formation Park 10, a major mixed-use industrial and commercial business park located at the intersection of Bullard Avenue and Celebrate Life Way in Goodyear, Arizona.
The project is a joint venture between Dallas-based FORMATION and Crescent Real Estate, with financial support provided by Interbank.
Phase I of Formation Park 10 includes two buildings totaling 427,000 square feet. The space offers flexibility to tenants, with options ranging from 28,000 to 230,000 square feet. Each building features two speculative office suites designed to meet the needs of a range of users.
Once fully developed, Formation Park 10 will consist of five buildings totaling 688,000 square feet, providing a mix of spec light industrial, commercial, and office space.
Additionally, Phase I features a landscaped three-acre park, enhancing the campus environment for tenants and visitors. The construction was led by Willmeng Construction, while Deutsch Architecture Group was responsible for the architectural design.
Formation Interests focuses on acquiring and developing strategic urban investments across the Southwest United States. The company currently has a portfolio of 23 buildings totaling 4 million square feet across Arizona and Texas.
