Westside Investment Partners Acquires The Link in Downtown Denver
Westside Investment Partners has acquired The Link, a 215,000-square-foot office property located at 930 15th Street in downtown Denver. The building was previously owned by Rialto Capital, which purchased the property in 2019 in partnership with Steelwave for $22.5 million. Prior to that, the building was owned by CenturyLink.
Since acquiring the building, Rialto and Steelwave undertook significant renovations aimed at modernizing the 12-story structure. Architecture and design firm Gensler led the transformation, which included upgrading the building’s facade, enhancing insulation, modernizing elevator systems, and redesigning the interior. Key new amenities include a redesigned lobby featuring a wine bar and coffee shop, as well as a rooftop terrace that boasts a fitness center and a 1,000-square-foot event and conference space.
This acquisition adds to Westside’s growing portfolio of Denver real estate. The firm also owns the Lincoln Crossing Towers, prominently located at 17th and Lincoln Streets in downtown Denver.
This transaction underscores the ongoing momentum in downtown Denver’s office market, particularly for highly amenitized, renovated properties that cater to modern workforce needs.
