**Duane Anderson Joins Colliers Florida Multifamily Team**
Duane Anderson, a commercial real estate veteran with nearly a decade of experience, has joined the Colliers Florida Multifamily Team as Senior Associate in Central Florida. Based in the Orlando office, Anderson will focus on multifamily investment sales, advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of assets throughout Central Florida. The team covers key Florida markets including Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Miami.
**LGE Design Build Expands to Florida**
LGE Design Build, a Phoenix- and Dallas-based architecture, engineering, and construction firm, has announced its official entry into the Florida market with the opening of a new East Coast office in Tampa. Located at 442 W. Kennedy Blvd., the firm brings with it nearly 500,000 square feet of logistics development construction already awarded in Florida.
**Construction Milestone for Oasis Hallandale**
Oasis Hallandale, a 10-acre mixed-use development in Hallandale Beach, has reached a major construction milestone with the East Tower now rising to the 14th of 25 floors. Designed by internationally renowned Arquitectonica and built by MGM Construction Group, the development is well underway. The West Tower has been fully topped out and is on track for delivery in early 2026, while the East Tower is scheduled for completion in 2027.
**Affordable Senior Housing Opens in Crystal River**
Housing Trust Group (HTG) and AM Affordable Housing—founded by NBA Hall of Famer and Miami Heat legend Alonzo Mourning—recently celebrated the grand opening of The Fountains at Hidden Lake in Crystal River, Florida. The $24.5 million affordable housing community at 10456 W. Ashburn Lane includes 81 one- and two-bedroom units for seniors aged 62 and older. Designed for residents earning at or below 30, 40, and 60 percent of the area median income (AMI), rents range from $320 to $955 per month. The property is currently fully leased.
