**Colliers Expands Industrial Services Team**
Colliers has hired industrial real estate broker Tom Quinlan as Vice President. Quinlan will join forces with Kyle Kidd and Dominic Hewitt to form the Kidd Hewitt Quinlan Industrial Team, focusing on industrial property services across the West Florida market. Previously, Quinlan was with CBRE’s West Florida Industrial Team, where he was instrumental in managing a 12 million-square-foot portfolio and representing several institutional clients.

**Jones Foster Welcomes New Associate Attorney**
Jones Foster has announced the addition of Kristine “Krissy” A. Hosman to its Real Estate Practice Group as an associate attorney. Based in the firm’s West Palm Beach office, Hosman becomes the seventh attorney to join the firm in 2025 and the second to be added to the Real Estate team this year, underscoring a period of growth across multiple practice areas.

**Adirondack Capital Partners Enters Florida Market**
Adirondack Capital Partners (ACP) is expanding its real estate investment platform into Florida. Brittany Feinberg has been promoted to Partner and will lead the newly established Miami office. **Vertical Construction Underway at The Residences at Shell Bay**
The Residences at Shell Bay, a new luxury condominium project under the Auberge brand, has begun vertical construction within its private 150-acre Miami enclave. The initial levels of the 20-story tower are now complete. Expected to open in 2027, the development by Witkoff Group and PPG Development promises an exclusive blend of club amenities, scenic views, and luxury living.
