**Renaissance Centro Launches Virginia’s First Ritz-Carlton Branded Residences in Tysons**
Renaissance Centro has officially announced the launch of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, McLean, Tysons — Virginia’s first-ever branded residential development under the prestigious Ritz-Carlton name.
Located in the heart of Northern Virginia, just outside Washington, D.C., the new development will feature 102 luxury condominium units and is set to offer more than 15,000 square feet of premium amenities. This standalone residential property will be situated adjacent to The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner hotel and the upscale Tysons Galleria mall.
The project will join Marriott International’s growing portfolio of branded residences, which currently includes over 300 developments either completed or in the pipeline, spread across 50 countries and territories.
