Skender has successfully completed the interior buildout of a new Chicago office for Fetch, a nationwide rewards app and consumer engagement platform. The 20,000-square-foot workspace is located on the top three floors of 609 W. Randolph, a newly constructed West Loop office building. Skender served as the general contractor for this project.

The project team included architect BOX Studios and Lumen Workplace acting as owner’s representatives. Cosentini provided engineering services while Engineering Plus handled LV engineering tasks. CBRE acted as broker for this project.

The finished space boasts 60 open-concept workstations along with cafe areas, conference rooms, and a game room designed to cater to various work styles. According to Brian Eddy, project manager at Skender: “Our team seamlessly tackled the challenges posed by simultaneous construction on three separate floors and complex AV system setup.” With its modern design elements and functional layout options , Fetch employees now have an ideal workspace in Chicago’s bustling West Loop area.
