The building permit for this $15.4 million structure was issued in 2019 at its location on Vilano Road.
Recent developments in the Vilano area have been bustling according to reports from the Jacksonville Business Journal. The Holiday Inn Express has opened its doors at 140 Vilano Road and plans are underway for a new dining establishment called “Vilano Main Street Diner” on site.
