Cawley Commercial Real Estate has recently expanded its presence in the Midwest with the opening of a new office in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The new venture, known as Commerce CRE (a Cawley Company), will be led by Frank Melchert, an experienced Managing Broker and Principal at Cawley. This expansion is part of our larger strategy to establish a stronger foothold in key regions and provide exceptional commercial real estate solutions to our clients.

Melchert is an active member of various industry associations including Society for Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR), Commercial Alliance of Realtors West Michigan (CARWM) and Association Of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE). Alongside Pruitt and Melchert, other principals at Cawley CRE include Anthony Marino – President Of Metro Property Management Division At Cawle; Joshua Hearne – SIOR; Andrew Maletich – SIOR; Rawly Lantz – SIOR; And David Conroy.
This latest development marks another milestone for us as we continue to expand our network which already includes offices located strategically across Chicago area such as Oakbrook Terrace along with this newest addition-Grand Rapids.
