The relocation coincides with the addition of two senior brokers, Garrett Rioux and Dennis W. McConnell, who have joined Cresa’s team of managing principals led by Dennis Gralla and Jonathan Marks.

With an increasing market share and portfolio business success over the past 25 years operating in New Jersey , Cresa plans on expanding its occupier-focused team even further by 2024.
