EVPassport, a company based in Santa Monica that specializes in enterprise solutions for EV charging, has formed a partnership with CBRE to provide an extensive network of charging options. This collaboration will focus on implementing EV chargers at multifamily and hospitality properties. Over 3,600 chargers will be deployed across more than 600 locations throughout the United States under this agreement. The goal is to make it easier for property owners and operators to offer convenient charging options for their residents and tenants.
Mark Kerstens, the global head of EV Charging Solutions at CBRE stated: “Our mission is to deliver top-notch EV charging experiences for our customers.” He also expressed confidence that working with experts from EVPassport who are dedicated to excellence will help meet the increasing demand for nationwide infrastructure.
This partnership between CBRE and EVPassport aims to enhance CBRE’s current portfolio of electric vehicle charging solutions. According to data from CBRE’s 2024 Occupier Sentiment Survey, over half (54%) of respondents consider access to electric vehicle chargers as a crucial factor when making location decisions.
