**Ethos Commercial Advisors Arranges Bridge Financing for Thrive at Green Mountain**
Ethos Commercial Advisors has successfully arranged bridge financing for Thrive at Green Mountain, a 111-unit townhome community encompassing 100,000 square feet of gross building area in Camas, Washington.
The financing was secured by Daniel Natsch and Matthew Illias of Ethos Commercial Advisors, who closed a 36-month bridge loan at 75% loan-to-cost (LTC) with a national debt fund. The loan replaces the existing construction financing. Thrive at Green Mountain is located in the heart of Camas, offering residents close access to key employment centers including Clark Community College and PeaceHealth in Vancouver.
The development features newly built three-bedroom townhomes. Leasing began on a rolling basis as units were completed, with the first lease signed in June 2024 and final unit deliveries scheduled for spring 2025. Residents enjoy convenient access to local amenities, including the historic Downtown Camas Theater, Columbia Crossing Shopping Center, and the scenic Lacamas Lake Trail.
Thrive at Green Mountain continues to reflect the region’s strong housing demand and growing appeal as a residential destination in Southwest Washington.
